Silver Conductive ink
Description
Silver conductive paste AD-AG60 is made for highly conductive applications.
- Silver conductive paste AD-AG60 is widely used in the field of printed electronics. It can be used to print conductive traces, circuits, and components on flexible substrates such as plastic or paper. This enables the creation of flexible and lightweight electronic devices like flexible displays, RFID tags, and wearable sensors.
- Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) antennas require a conductive material to transmit and receive signals. Silver conductive ink can be used to print RFID antennas on various surfaces, including packaging materials, enabling the integration of RFID technology for inventory tracking, product authentication, and contactless payment systems.
- Low Resistance: AD-AG60 exhibits low resistivity, reducing the energy loss during current flow. This characteristic is essential for applications requiring high-performance conductivity, such as printed circuit boards (PCBs) and flexible electronics.
- Stability: Silver is highly resistant to oxidation, providing stability and longevity to the conductive ink. This resistance to tarnish ensures that the ink maintains its electrical conductivity over time, resulting in consistent performance and reliability.
- Conductive ink with silver flakes can be used to print various types of sensors, including temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and strain sensors. These printed sensors find applications in the automotive, medical, and industrial sectors, among others.
- Compatibility with Existing Printing Methods: Silver conductive ink is compatible with various printing techniques, including screen printing, inkjet printing, and flexographic printing. This compatibility enables efficient and scalable production processes for electronics manufacturing.
