          1. Orders and Prices

         

         

         

        Prices shown on this website are for orders placed directly on the site only and do not include telephone/email orders.  Any of the applicable taxes or customs charges which must be paid by the Customer.  Adnano Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at any time and without prior notification. For bulk quantity contact us directly to obtain quotations. The validity of the quotation must be 30 days. We also accept the official Purchase orders from universities and companies.

         

         

        When ordering online you will also receive an email receipt to confirm of order. Should you not receive an email please contact us.

         

         

           

           

           

            1. Delivery

           

           

           

          All orders will be processed within 2 working days of order placement and estimated delivery date will be provided based on availability, normal processing, and quality Control and delivery time.

           

           

             

             

             

              1. Shipping

             

             

             

            Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed.

             

             

            For Indian Customers-We provides free shipment all over the India.

             

             

            For international shipping-International customers are responsible for customs clearing, appropriate taxes, duty, and separate and additional shipping cost. Adnano Technologies Pvt. Ltd has no knowledge what these charges may be. The customer is responsible for these additional charges.

             

             

               

               

               

                1. Returns

               

               

               

              Any returns must be authorized in writing by Adnano Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

               

               

              Defective product may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for replacement goods within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the product. If the customer desires a replacement sample, Adnano Technologies Pvt. Ltd will pay for return shipping, as well as the shipment of replacement product. The product is considered defective if it is not within an admissible range of the product specifications listed online, or if it arrives damaged or contaminated. The product is not considered defective if it does not work for a particular application but still meets the product specifications. The “Applications” sections within product descriptions are considered potential and are not a guarantee of product efficiency for any application. Ltd’s warranties made in connection with any sale shall not be effective if Adnano Technologies Pvt. Ltd has determined, in its sole discretion, that Buyer has misused the products in any manner. Adnano Technologies Pvt.Ltd shall not, in any event, be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind resulting from any use or failure of the products
